About The Position

The position involves adhering to company policies and procedures, including IATF, ISO, ISMS, and safety-related policies. The primary responsibilities include performing packaging and labeling functions for aftermarket orders, managing inventory through SAP, and collaborating with inventory auditors and supervisors to monitor supply levels. The role also requires issuing components to the AFM Packing area, providing emergency support, and ensuring quality through inspections. Additional duties include maintaining a clean work environment, reporting safety hazards, and performing other tasks as assigned by management.

Responsibilities

  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures which include IATF, ISO, ISMS, and Safety related policies.
  • Perform packaging and labeling functions for aftermarket orders in a prompt manner in accordance with SAP inventory management system.
  • Perform Put Away and Pulling functions based on customer orders.
  • Work closely with the inventory auditor and shift supervisors to monitor supply and product inventory levels and recommend reorders on a regular basis.
  • Issue work order based components/supplies to AFM Packing area.
  • Provide first in/out supply route.
  • Provide emergency support to AFM Packaging and AFM Auditing as required.
  • Perform operations in Logistic AFM and OEM/OES Repackaging as required.
  • Pack product per appropriate work instructions.
  • Record all inventory transactions in a prompt manner and check for accuracy.
  • Inspect product, per work instructions, to assure level of quality.
  • Transport product via JLG, Manual and Electric pallet jack as required.
  • Perform daily inspections of equipment and rack areas to ensure suitable working conditions.
  • Report any damage to racks, faulty equipment, or any other safety hazards.
  • Promptly report any abnormalities to management.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
  • Work overtime and shift changes as necessary.
