Requirements

• Obtain and maintain a Life/Health state insurance license as required by the State Department of Insurance.

• Strong ability to persuade, motivate, and influence others.

Responsibilities

• Grow your own book of business by generating, prospecting, soliciting, and closing new accounts.
• Identify and generate new sales opportunities through analysis and discovery.
• Participate in sales meetings to review sales activities and prospective customers with leadership.
• Develop a full working knowledge of respective insurance line products and procedures.
• Learn to present proposals in a professional manner, reviewing coverages in detail to ensure understanding.
• Maintain an understanding of the insurance industry and underwriting criteria for Insurance Company Partners represented by the firm.
