Associate Administrator - Operations
About The Position
HSHS Wisconsin is seeking an Associate Administrator - Operations to support setting objectives and leading projects for the assigned market, service lines, and/or shared service. The role will ensure consistency in operations of assigned department(s) or areas of responsibility for the assigned area and assists executive leaders in the operations of the ministries within a market or system scope. Throughout communities in Illinois and Wisconsin, 13 hospitals, numerous community-based health centers and clinics, our 13,000+ colleagues have built a culture based on our solid core values of respect, care, competence, and joy. Requirements
- Master’s Degree in healthcare administration, business or related field is required.
- 5 years or more in a leadership role or completion of an administrative fellowship within a health system is required.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in a multi-hospital health system is preferred.
- Understanding of complex organizations is preferred.
