• Deep knowledge of Mayo Clinic strategic priorities and understanding of institutional strengths and weaknesses.
• Experience leading large-scale transformation of clinical operations.

• Deliver a transformed patient-centered access experience in collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Reimagine and redesign access models using next-generation technologies.
• Establish long-term change for patient access operations through new systems and processes.
• Manage large-scale and complex projects with significant organizational impact.
• Define transformation capabilities and establish a roadmap and implementation plan.
