As an Associate in the Advice Acquisition & Lead Strategy team, you will help develop, implement, analyze, and report on strategies that identify, manage, and convert J.P. Morgan Wealth Management prospects through each stage of the sales funnel - from the initial targeting of customers in marketing campaigns, down to the final conversion of prospects into wealth management clients. We are seeking a high-performing, strategically-minded team member to accelerate new client acquisition. The ideal candidate will possess a background in performance and digital marketing or lead funnel strategy, and showcase an ability to pair innovative client acquisition ideas with strong analytical skills. Role Overview: In this role you will help develop, implement, analyze, and report on strategies that identify, manage, and convert J.P. Morgan Wealth Management prospects through each stage of the sales funnel - from the initial targeting of customers in marketing campaigns, down to the final conversion of prospects into wealth management clients. You will be an excellent communicator, capable of distilling workstream statuses and performance data into high-impact presentations. You will also have demonstrated strong project management skills, capable of balancing multiple initiatives at one time. This position requires close collaboration with Data & Analytics, Digital, Finance, Channel/Product owners, and Product Marketing teams. It is a visible, strategic role with significant interaction with cross-functional teams and leaders across the firm.
