The Assoc Admin Assistant will provide dedicated administrative support in a professional, confidential, and organized manner. This role includes covering the front desk and assisting customers in a timely and professional manner. The assistant will also provide cashiering support, verify CR deposits, prepare consolidated bank deposits daily, and update the cashiering system with CR and customer-specific information. Daily responsibilities include monitoring emails and phone calls, responding to AR cases, organizing department files, and maintaining a high level of integrity while handling confidential material. The position requires the ability to work proficiently under pressure and administer specific applications and time-bound processes. The assistant will also create customized actionable market reports and work on special projects as necessary, supporting the team to deliver business priorities and drive cultural change.
