As an Associate Account Strategist, you’ll play a key role in managing and growing client relationships. You’ll own a portfolio of accounts, leading client expansions, onboarding, and quarterly business reviews, while collaborating cross-functionally to ensure clients achieve their goals. This is a highly dynamic role with plenty of room to shape the strategy as we scale, perfect for someone who thrives in fast-moving, entrepreneurial environments.

  • Identify and present supportive talent solutions that add value and impact via a keen understanding of clients operational flow(s).
  • Communicate with candor and transparency, building trust and maintaining a client-first POV that establishes long-term, sustainable partnerships.
  • Be a storyteller and trusted consultant - embrace the nuance of talent solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to drive account growth and increase revenue.
  • Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to client integration.
  • Collaborate with Recruiting and clients to understand their business objectives and tailor the implementation plan accordingly.
  • Act as the client's voice within GrowthAssistant, providing feedback to the Recruiting and GA Success teams to drive continuous improvement.
  • Advocate for clients' needs and ensure they receive the support and resources necessary to achieve their goals.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and quarterly business reviews to assess client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations.
  • 2+ years of experience in staffing or account management in the digital marketing space.
  • Proven ability to manage a book of business and drive client growth.
  • Strong account prioritization skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience in staffing and/or marketing is highly preferred.
