About The Position
The Associate Account Partner ensures a seamless customer experience throughout the Multi-Family project journey. This person is responsible for managing multi-family new-build/renovation projects from the time of initial project registration until project completion. This role will partner cross functionally with field sales teams, local delivery agents, and other inter-departmental personnel to ensure on time in full (OTIF) multi-family project completion. This role will have decision-making authority to address customer needs and ensure adherence to project timelines. Associate Account Partners will identify solutions when no standard process exists and have ownership for successful resolution of customer needs. This role will also identify trends or changes causing negative impact on customer service or efficiency.
