Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Account management experience or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with the travel or insurance industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
• Provide regular reporting and analysis to Senior Account Manager on the performance of services and make recommendations for improvements.
