About The Position

As an Associate Account Manager (AAM), you will be responsible for new business development, relationship building, and revenue generation. This role is designed for high-potential sales professionals who want to launch a long-term career in staffing and solutions sales. This is a hunter role—not account management. You will be prospecting, cold calling, setting meetings, and closing new business.

Requirements

  • 0–2 years of sales experience (staffing experience not required—we provide training)
  • Strong hunter mentality with a passion for building new business from scratch
  • Competitive, goal-oriented mindset with a drive to succeed
  • Confident communicator comfortable with cold calling, presenting, and negotiating
  • Resilient and adaptable—able to handle rejection and overcome challenges
  • Tech-savvy with experience using LinkedIn, CRMs, and sales tools

Responsibilities

  • Own your territory and sales pipeline by identifying, researching, and targeting potential client accounts
  • Engage hiring managers and decision-makers through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and in-person canvassing
  • Schedule and conduct meetings to understand clients’ hiring challenges and workforce needs
  • Present Synergis’ staffing and workforce solutions to establish long-term client relationships
  • Meet and exceed monthly KPIs for outbound activity, meetings set, and revenue generation
  • Close new business by negotiating contracts and securing job orders
  • Spend time in the field visiting prospects and clients to build rapport and uncover opportunities
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage pipeline activity, track follow-ups, and maintain accurate sales records
