Associate Account Manager – Retirement Services

As our Associate Account Manager on the Retirement Services team, you’ll maintain professional ethics and ensure regulatory compliance while preparing and coordinating detailed client reports and documentation. You will support new business development by assisting with proposals, client meetings, and contract completion to help grow the business. Additionally, you will provide ongoing client service by communicating regularly, resolving issues, coordinating meetings and education sessions, and building strong client relationships. You will also stay informed on market products and collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional service and retention. Your role may include travel to client locations to foster and expand client partnerships.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Missouri Life & Health Producer’s License (may be obtained upon hire)
Nice To Haves
- Three to five years’ retirement plan experience
