Responsibilities

  • Manage account portfolio to ensure sustained profitable growth.
  • Present Robertet and its capabilities and solutions in a respectable, professional, and engaging manner with clients.
  • Build healthy rapport with:
  • Robertet service, support, and management functions
  • Key decision makers at all levels and functions within your assigned territory and key accounts
  • Identify customer needs, initiate projects, collaborate with the solutions development team, and deliver solutions.
  • Report key customer activities and project pipeline prioritization with your manager and cross-functional team.
  • Represent the customer within Robertet in a clear, fact-based, and unbiased manner.
  • Communicate business fluctuations effectively with manager and Planning Team.
  • Manage business travel and entertainment expenses and reporting of said expenses.
  • Lead the presentation of territory/account reviews and updates
  • Travel as needed
