Our partner is a fast-growing fintech SaaS company building an all-in-one financial platform designed to help modern businesses operate more efficiently. Their product supports high-growth companies and the operators behind them, with a strong emphasis on trust, customer experience, and long-term relationships. The team operates in a high-ownership, collaborative environment and is continuing to invest in building out its post-sales and growth functions. Our partner is hiring an Associate Account Manager to join a newly formed, post-sales growth team. This is an entry-level role focused on supporting existing customers, identifying expansion opportunities, and serving as a trusted point of contact for accounts that do not yet have a dedicated account manager. You’ll work closely with the Growth Account Management team to ensure customers are supported, engaged, and positioned for long-term success. This role offers strong exposure to post-sales strategy and a clear path for advancement, with the opportunity to grow into an Account Manager role within approximately 12 months based on performance.
