We are seeking an Associate Account Manager to join our Small Business team. The Associate Account Manger supports Risk Advisors and Account Managers while delivering excellent client service. In this role, responsibilities include handling policy tasks such as certificates, endorsements, invoicing, and claims, and assisting with renewals by preparing applications and coordinating quotes. You’ll also provide service to clients alongside senior team members and support other books of business. This position manages automatic renewals and smaller accounts with revenue between $3,000 and $10,000. What You’ll Do Account & Policy Management: Perform servicing tasks like certificates, endorsements, invoicing, and renewals to keep accounts accurate and clients satisfied. Renewal Process Management: Manage renewals end-to-end, including preparing and organizing data, completing applications (including specialty applications), following up with underwriters for quotes, reviewing quotes, and preparing proposals. Risk & Data Preparation: Assist with exposure analysis, gather loss runs, and organize documents for renewals and audits. Insurance Knowledge & Accuracy: Understand policy terms and carrier requirements, complete applications correctly, and maintain accurate data in systems. Customer Service & Communication: Provide clear, professional support to clients and underwriters, including premium collection and inquiries. Organization & Time Management: Prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines effectively while following company procedures. Teamwork & Technical Skills: Collaborate with colleagues and use agency management systems and insurance software confidently.
