About The Position

Index Exchange is seeking an Associate Account Manager to join our US team, based in New York. In this role you will support programmatic agencies and marketers who leverage Index Exchange’s technology through our Demand Side Platform integrations. You will be crucial to our daily client operations while also collaborating with the account management leads to help grow our existing relationships and evangelize the Index Exchange brand in-market.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in digital media; client-facing experience
  • Effective time management skills - ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to leverage data and analytics to solve customer problems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and polish.
  • Ability to work in both collaborative and independent settings, while remaining responsible, enthusiastic, proactive, and self-motivated.
  • Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office programs is a requirement for the role.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with DOMO, Looker, Tableau and/or similar analytical tools is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the day-to-day operations for our agency and brand marketer partners throughout the country for major holding companies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure clients needs are met and deliverables are provided promptly.
  • Support account managers in collecting and analyzing data to identify key insights to help drive solutions for clients through a data-centric approach.
  • Execute operational tasks such as performance monitoring, report creation, and updating internal systems with accurate and up-to-date account information.
