About The Position

CCI Mechanical is seeking a motivated and client-focused Associate Account Manager to join our Service Department. This role is designed for a high-potential individual who will support seasoned Account Managers in managing commercial and industrial HVAC service accounts. The position blends inside sales support with field-based client engagement and offers a clear path for professional growth through mentorship and hands-on experience

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or account support (HVAC or technical services preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems (e.g., Dynamics 365) is a plus.
Willingness to travel for client visits, field support, and training.
Eagerness to learn and grow within a structured mentorship program.

Responsibilities

Assist Account Managers in managing client relationships, preparing proposals, and coordinating service delivery.
Participate in client meetings, site visits, and service reviews to gain firsthand experience in account management.
Support the preparation of quotes, contracts, and service agreements.
Help track and follow up on service opportunities, maintenance contracts, and customer inquiries.
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and assist with reporting and forecasting.
Collaborate with internal teams including service technicians, dispatch, and operations to ensure client satisfaction.
