What You’ll do CompuNet is seeking an Associate Account Manager in Salt Lake City, UT to assist our Sales and Sales Operations team provide support and satisfaction to our existing and future customer base. This role is responsible for assembling quotes, processing and tracking orders and providing a superior customer experience for our clients. Day-to-day tasks may include: Supporting our sales teams by assembling quotes for our clients Processing and tracking orders with distributors and manufacturers Assisting in managing clients' overall customer experience with CompuNet Working with manufacturer and distributor partners to ensure we are ordering and receiving the correct product at the correct price Processing Return Material Authorizations (RMA) Providing excellent internal customer service to all of our business units Who you are You’re a strong team player that is invested in helping your customers succeed and contributing to a great company culture.
