Job Summary The Associate Account Manager will partner with the Account Manager by performing a variety of sales support and administrative duties needed to place a healthcare professional on assignment. Work expectation: Hybrid – 2 days per week onsite in Dallas or Boca.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED certificate required
  • Minimum of one year of work experience in sales, recruiting, or customer service capacity.
  • Working experience in a high-pressure environment, including experience in adapting to changing priorities.
  • Must also have computer/keyboard skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office software.

Responsibilities

  • Support 1-3 top-producing Account Managers in day-to-day tasks needed to place healthcare professionals on assignment.
  • In partnership with Account Manager - Establish and cultivate long-term, effective partnerships with facility clients.
  • Join client and internal calls as needed to partner on strategies for fulfillment.
  • Review candidate's electronic profiles (work history, skills, convictions, references, etc.) in proprietary system to submit bookable candidates to facility clients, by taking into account order details/requirements as well as file flow to the client.
  • Effective communication with Recruiters regarding profile submissions, first-day instructions, or any additional information needed in the booking process.
  • Use the Vendor Management System (VMS) to post orders or update information.
  • Update orders in all systems with appropriate job descriptions and other information needed for the sourcing process.
  • Update system cues for candidate pipeline, redirect candidates when appropriate.
  • Complete confirmation forms.
  • Manage the accuracy of Vendor Management System (VMS) technologies and AMIE (proprietary CRM), including rates, orders, and assignment dates.
  • Provide PTO coverage duties for the Account Manager.
