Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
  • 5+ years of professional experience, preferably in Consumer Packaged Goods.
  • Strong analytical skills and solid understanding of the selling process.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including oral and written communication.
  • Ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative information for actionable recommendations.
  • Ability to manage multiple SKUs across categories and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent judgment, follow-up, attention to detail, and personal accountability.
  • Working knowledge of basic computer software and communication tools.

Responsibilities

  • Develop Perrigo's business in assigned accounts via effective account management practices.
  • Lead development of objectives and implement strategies to achieve sales plan in responsible categories.
  • Collaborate with Account or Region teammates, Marketing, and Marketing Information to develop and present category reviews and new product presentations.
  • Execute all Price Management activities at assigned accounts and negotiate item pricing to achieve established price and margin objectives.
  • Enhance business relationships with focus on Buyers and up to the Director level for the customer.
  • Perform project management for the customer base, developing project plans and timelines.
  • Act as the Customer's primary advocate inside Perrigo, breaking down barriers and developing creative solutions.
  • Work with Perrigo Customer Planning and Customer Fulfillment teams to develop and execute service strategies.
  • Ensure compliance to Perrigo & Customer administrative requirements.
