About The Position

Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) provides business insurance, employee health & benefits, retirement, and private client insurance solutions to organizations and individuals seeking limitless possibilities. As our Associate Account Manager on the Business Insurance Select team, you will provide support to the team by meeting the service needs of our clients. Prompt replies and attention to detail are essential skills necessary in preparing endorsements, certificates, audits, applications, etc.

Requirements

• A high school diploma is required.
• Two (2) years of customer experience.
• Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

• Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain within 90 days).
• Insurance designations (i.e. INS, AAI, CISR) and/or demonstrated equivalent knowledge of Business Insurance coverages.
• Experience working with EPIC.
