About The Position

As an Associate Account Executive in XiFin’s Career Development Program you will be part of a dynamic team reporting directly to the AVP, National Accounts. In your day-to-day, you’ll play a critical part in the support of a sales team that handles the end-to-end sales cycle, perform research to identify sales prospects and cultivate those contacts for the team, and work cross-functionally with departments across XiFin. This is an exciting opportunity for an early-career candidate who is ready to dive in and get an understanding of complex business environments and sales cycles. This position will be located at our office in San Diego, CA.

Requirements

  • Are a new graduate with a bachelor’s or master’s degree
  • Communicate clearly and confidently, both in writing and in conversation
  • Take initiative and are eager to learn, ask great questions, and work with others to solve problems
  • Willing to collaborate across the organization to drive XiFin’s business forward
  • Interested in having a career in healthcare sales in a highly complex and competitive environment
  • Have a winner’s mindset while having fun!
  • Must have obtained a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, finance or relevant discipline, by or within the 6 months preceding the start date of June 2026
  • Located in the greater San Diego area
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Excel or other reporting tools

Responsibilities

  • Gain comprehensive knowledge of: XiFin’s value proposition the markets we support and our product and service offerings
  • Identify and qualify new business and white space opportunities that will support a sales pipeline for the sales team
  • Identify and qualify MQLs to SQLs and convert SQLs to opportunities for hand off to sales reps
  • Use multiple methods of outreach to communicate with both existing and new accounts in support of the corporately agreed upon account strategy process
  • Regularly track and update activity in Salesforce in a timely manner as outlined and agreed upon by XiFin
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and competitors and their products
  • Measure activity and results through KPI tracking as outlined and agreed upon by XiFin
  • Participate in projects and other job duties as assigned
