Responsibilities

  • Accurately and efficiently process incoming endorsement requests.
  • Monitor and follow up on open underwriting items and correspondence to ensure timely resolution.
  • Track and follow up on home appraisals to ensure adherence to critical recommendations.
  • Maintain thorough and accurate records of all communications in the agency management system.
  • Provide exceptional service by answering incoming calls during peak call volumes.
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve department sales goals and contribute to overall team success.
  • Effectively manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize tasks to meet business objectives.
  • Ensure prompt and high-quality service delivery, meeting all Service Level Agreement (SLA) objectives.
  • Manage email inbox.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of agent interactions, policy servicing activities, and account information within the agency management system (AMS).
  • Adhere to established workflows, compliance requirements, and quality standards to ensure consistency and regulatory compliance.
  • Recommend improvements to processes that enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and overall client satisfaction.
