About The Position

Aon's Small and Medium Enterprise team is hiring for an Associate Account Executive/Broker will assist Account Executive/Brokers on assigned accounts, running key processes that serve clients, and undertaking the internal activities related to these processes. Enable AE to drive revenue growth by partnering on client service activities. Requirements

  • P&C license is required
  • 2-3 years of commercial insurance experience
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technology
  • High School Diploma or GED required

Responsibilities

  • Performs account servicing functions including miscellaneous office duties in support of account servicing.
  • Supports the pre-renewal & renewal process including, but not limited to, gathering data on exposures, loss history and standard and unique coverage needs for submissions, and internal policy binding.
  • Manages client open items lists and responds to client ad-hoc certificate requests.
  • Where applicable, serve as the primary interface with Aon Client Services (ACS), coordinating activities of the client service team, and ACS to ensure that key processes assigned are performed effectively.
  • Primary collaborator with Aon accounting team on client invoicing and collections.
  • Serves as key liaison for items such as certificates, auto IDs, invoices, premium finance agreements, and summaries of insurance.
  • Understands best practices and leverages available resources, including centers of excellence (COEs) and ACS.
