This pivotal role is the bridge between executional management and strategic account leadership, focusing on driving day-to-day business success while actively developing the skills needed to tackle complex, high-level business challenges. The Associate Director, Business Innovations will be responsible for the following: Core AD Responsibilities Serve as a primary contact for clients, leading both strategic and executional work in partnership with client operations. Serve as a trusted advisor, providing guidance that ensures the brand’s digital presence meets business goals and user needs. Support leadership in tracking project financials and business performance to learn the principles of account financial management and profitability. Partner closely with project management, UX, design, development, and content teams to ensure flawless execution and alignment to client strategy. Proactively identify opportunities for digital innovation, optimization, and business growth. Facilitate and organize cross-functional communication and documentation across Strategy, Creative, Media, and Data teams to maintain project alignment. Provide research and organizational support for new business proposals and pitches. Account-Specific Focus: Automotive Client Act as the internal subject matter expert on the client’s specific industry and digital ecosystem. Lead day-to-day account management with a focus on digital experience, UX/UI design, and content management for the brand’s website. Develop a working knowledge of the client’s specific website component library and content management workflows to ensure efficient execution. Manage the annual calendar of updates (exp. model year updates) ensuring alignment with brand standards and user experience best practices.
