About The Position

IQVIA is looking for a results-driven Associate Account Director to sell end-to-end Clinical Outcome Assessments (COA) solutions, services, and technology platforms to leading pharmaceutical, biopharma, medical device companies, and CROs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in tech/software sales (Life Sciences a plus)
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales goals
  • Strong communication, organizational, and consultative skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field
  • Demonstrated consistent track record in exceeding sales targets
  • Demonstrated consistent tenacity and drive to achieve goals
  • Demonstrated success with process-approached selling
  • Ability to gain executive credibility, understand organizational political dynamics and competitive awareness

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle: identifying and prospecting → closing → post-sales support within a defined territory
  • Daily proactive prospecting through established campaigns to prospective customers
  • Develop strategic sales plans and achieve revenue targets
  • Attain daily, weekly, quarterly productivity metrics
  • Coordinate resources across Sales and other departments to achieve objectives
  • Build consultative, long-term client relationships
  • Educate clients on IQVIA’s value proposition and solution portfolio
  • Complete administrative work as required
