About The Position

The Associate 3D Designer at Callaway Golf will work under general supervision to produce high-quality 3D assets for marketing purposes. This role involves collaborating with various teams to convert CAD models, create materials, and render photorealistic visuals of golf products and packaging. The position is integral to enhancing the visual representation of Callaway's premium golf equipment and accessories.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of production company, agency, or client-side experience in 3D modeling and rendering.
• Strong knowledge of 3D Studio MAX and V-Ray is required.
• Ability to learn required tools such as Rhino3D, HDR Light Studio, and Adobe Suite.
• Strong modeling and texturing skills.
• Ability to work under pressure without compromising performance or accuracy in a deadline-oriented environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• General understanding of product visualization.
• Excellent teamwork skills.

Nice To Haves

• Digital agency, lifestyle, or tech experience preferred.
• Golf knowledge a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• CAD data conversion and clean up using Rhino and 3ds Max.
• Create and modify UV maps and texture files using 3ds Max and Photoshop.
• Create HDR light environments using HDR Light Studio.
• Produce high quality photorealistic visuals of various products including golf clubs, golf balls, and packaging.
