About The Position

The Associate position is responsible for efficiently assembling and building units according to work instructions while adhering to safety and quality standards. The role requires meeting daily order goals and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a warehouse or assembly plant is preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Computer literate in a Windows Environment; Excel, Word, Internet.
• Basic math skills and accurate counting skills.
• Detail oriented with good organizational skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team and self-motivated with initiative.
• Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and complete projects under tight deadlines.
• Legible handwriting and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and able to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Read, understand, and follow work instructions pertaining to tasks.
• Prepare and handle parts efficiently, meeting internal incremental deadlines.
• Communicate damage to the line captain/lead or supervisor in a timely manner.
• Actively work to improve processes.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment and comply with all safety standards and guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
