The Associate Vice President (AVP) of Marketing Technology and Analytics provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for marketing data, technology platforms, and enterprise analytics across the University of Miami, including the academic enterprise, UHealth, and Athletics. This role is responsible for ensuring that marketing technology investments deliver measurable outcomes, that data and insights guide decision-making, and that the institution remains at the forefront of digital innovation. The AVP oversees enterprise CRM, content management systems, marketing automation, SEO/SEM, asset management, personalization tools, and all research and analytics functions supporting marketing, communications, and branding. This leader advances the University’s reputation, enrollment, patient volume, and fan engagement through technology-enabled, insight-driven strategies.
