As an Associate Technical Program Manager Intern, you will develop project schedules, define timeframes, and prioritize tasks to achieve design objectives while building leadership skills through collaboration on increasingly complex projects. You'll serve as a communication bridge between cross-functional teams and management, providing clear updates on project status, resource requirements, issues, and shifting priorities. With some supervised guidance on ambiguous design programs, you'll also contribute to shaping and documenting processes and tools that enhance team workflows and collaboration, gaining valuable experience in technical program management while making meaningful contributions to organizational initiatives.

  • Develop project schedules and define timeframes.
  • Prioritize tasks to achieve design objectives.
  • Serve as a communication bridge between cross-functional teams and management.
  • Provide clear updates on project status, resource requirements, issues, and shifting priorities.
  • Contribute to shaping and documenting processes and tools that enhance team workflows and collaboration.
  • Current enrollment in a full-time Bachelor's program in Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Operations and Information Management, or a related discipline at an accredited university.
  • Graduating December 2026, or later.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain authorization to work.
  • Able to commit to a 12-week internship in Summer 2026 (May-August, or June-September).
  • Capable of operating on a hybrid schedule from one of the office locations (Santa Clara, CA or San Diego, CA).
  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
  • High levels of creativity and quick problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience or awareness with Agile and the Software Development Lifecycle.
  • Understanding of foundational AI concepts including basic prompt engineering.
  • Demonstrated project management experience from previous internship, or academic or personal projects.
  • Knowledge of design methods.
  • Capable of operating on a hybrid schedule from one of the office locations.

  • High levels of creativity and quick problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience or awareness with Agile and the Software Development Lifecycle.
  • Base pay of $44.14 - $49.04/hour.
