Requirements
- L1 roles - To be eligible, applicants must be pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Systems Engineering or have completed their Bachelor’s degree within the last 12 months, regardless of age.
- Please be aware many of our positions require the ability to obtain a security clearance. Security clearances may only be granted to U.S. citizens. In addition, applicants who accept a conditional offer of employment may be subject to government security investigation(s) and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
Responsibilities
- Define, trace and maintain test process requirements
- Test procedure creation and maintenance
- Improve test yield through root cause and corrective action
- Create product related technical information in support of Operations
- Ensures overall technical performance for Test Engineering developments
- Work with Engineering to facilitate the transition of products from design to production
- Provide input to Engineering to support product lifecycle management
- Project management for Test Engineering development
- Mentor Engineers with less experience
- Provide input to organizational vision
- Provide technical test consultation to internal organizations, contract manufacturers or customers
- Represent Test Engineering in technical discussions to outside organizations
- Evaluate contract manufacturers capabilities to provide required products or services
- Participate in product design reviews
- Support manufacturing floor to help overcome production issues
