About The Position

As a key member of the management team, you will partner with the General Manager to ensure the store meets or exceeds sales and contest goals while managing payroll goals based on current trends. You will prioritize, plan, and adjust schedules and daily agendas to meet business goals, holding the team accountable for achieving these goals. Additionally, you will be responsible for recruiting, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates to build a talent pipeline for current and future business needs. Training and motivating associates through ongoing programs in sales, customer service, and product knowledge will be a crucial part of your role. You will also assess performance, provide ongoing feedback, and ensure the team delivers an exceptional customer experience in line with World Class Service standards. Effective floor management and maintaining a safe work environment are essential, as well as ensuring store standards are met and maintained. You will manage store-operating procedures, monitor company assets, and ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, fostering an environment of respect and dignity for all associates.
