MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE: 1. One (1) unit of Clinical Pastoral Education. 2. Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited school. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE: 1. A graduate-level theological degree from an accredited school of theology OR equivalent graduate-level degree that may be counted towards board certification. 2. Eligible for certification by the Association of Professional Chaplains, National Association of Catholic Chaplains, or National Association of Jewish Chaplains EXPERIENCE: 1. One year of healthcare chaplaincy experience preferred. Highly motivated, dependable, organized, and able to work independently with minimum supervision. 7. Ability to organize and prioritize time and tasks to achieve a well-coordinated work effort and to effectively meet work schedules including an ability to integrate multiple factors which may have an impact on patient care.
