The base salary range for this position is $65,000 to $75,000 US Dollars per year Specific salary for this role may vary within this range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Candidate may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits. In this position, you will play a critical role in supporting the Chemical Body Protection Tender Team by identifying, qualifying, and managing global tender opportunities. Acting as the engine behind the tender pipeline, you will ensure high-quality opportunity data, streamline early-stage evaluation, and enable senior sales and tender leaders to focus on the most strategic, high-value bids. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail, an interest in public procurement or sales support, and a desire to build expertise in global tendering within a leading safety solutions organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, public administration, or commensurate education and experience.
  • 1–3 years of experience in an administrative, tendering, procurement, or business development support role (entry-level experience considered)
  • Familiarity with tender/procurement platforms and CRM tools
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, bids, and deadlines with high precision and accuracy
  • Minimal travel (<5%25), primarily for training sessions and key meetings

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Health & Safety, PPE, or Protective Equipment industries is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Systematically monitor and manage global tender platforms, ensuring timely identification of relevant opportunities
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities aligned with the Chemical Business Unit portfolio
  • Manage and maintain the tender opportunity pipeline in CRM, ensuring data accuracy and completeness
  • Conduct initial product and scope assessments to evaluate feasibility and alignment with Ansell’s chemical protection solutions
  • Support the administration of tender platform subscriptions, renewals, and search profile optimization
  • Maintain a centralized internal tender documentation repository, ensuring consistency, organization, and accessibility
  • Serve as a key point of contact for internal vertical stakeholders, building strong cross-functional working relationships
  • Support communication and coordination with regional teams and internal stakeholders across the tender lifecycle
