In this role, you will be responsible for supporting, planning, managing, and executing communication plans globally. You will also participate in various projects to create an end-to-end user experience, including customer-focused awareness programs, communications, and marketing plans.

  • Assisting in creating and implementing marketing campaigns and communication strategies across various platforms, including social media, email newsletters, and website content for assigned projects and operations.
  • Supporting the development of marketing materials, including videos, user guides, brochures, posters, and presentations, ensuring consistent messaging and branding.
  • Meeting and communicating with stakeholders to understand and meet their requirements.
  • Work with subject-matter experts to ensure quality and accuracy of communication content.
  • Determine appropriate channels to share information with end-users.
  • Continuously analyzing and challenge end-to-end processes, make recommendations, and apply enhancements.
  • Champion and promote our team's strategy with stakeholders and throughout the organization.
  • Create and maintain working relationships with current and new regional stakeholders.
  • Become an advanced user of Microsoft 365 and Windows 11 technologies.
  • Fluency in reading/writing/speaking.
  • Strong presentation skills and an ability to communicate technical and non-technical topics to general user audience in a clear, concise manner.
  • Proficiency in creating written, customer-focused communications; content editing and proofreading.
  • Good knowledge of the Microsoft 365 suite - especially MS Teams, MS Office, including OneNote, OneDrive, SharePoint, etc.
  • Demonstrated flexibility and the ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Creative and innovative thinking, proactive approach, sound organizational skills, and a good team player as well as individual contributor.
  • Proven ability to learn new technologies.
  • User knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows 11 technologies.
  • Video making & editing experience with Photoshop or similar tools.
  • Graphic design.
  • Project management experience.
