About The Position

What you get to do in this role: Maintain existing automation test frameworks Collect and report quality metrics from test execution Work with developers to design specific testing strategies for features being developed and automate them Create comprehensive test plans, execute and automate them Support engineering organizations in troubleshooting or addressing issues with applications and dev/test environments

Requirements

• 0+ years of experience with technologies relevant to ServiceNow
• Knowledge of programming or scripting language such as JavaScript, Python or Ruby
• High level of creativity and quick problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to test a system using techniques such as unit testing, run manual test cases, design an integration vs unit vs manual strategy, design a test reporting system, run load testing, figure out what to benchmark.
• Some working knowledge and ability to use tools (such as IDE, debugger, build tools, source control, ServiceNow instances, profilers, system administration/Unix tools) to assist with daily tasks
