Requirements

• Climb on/off fork truck several times a day
• Climb stairs occasionally
• Lift up to 50 lbs
• Work rotatin shift schedule, including nights and weekends
• Be able to work a temperatures <50 degrees in the winter to >100 degrees in the summer

Responsibilities

• Actively particpate in elements of Greensboro, Novelis Safety System
• Ensure compliance to environmental requirements
• Unload trucks
• Ensure quality of incoming material
• Maintain feed rate to melters
• Maintain records using computerized systems, including SAP/MES
• Account for receipt/shipment of material by truck
• Basica maintenance of cold metal equipment
• Keep all work areas clean and bright
