Oceanview is seeking a hands-on, results-driven Associate, Project Manager to lead the delivery of technology, product, and operational initiatives across the organization. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving complex problems, and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves to get things done. You’ll work at the intersection of business and technology—partnering with internal teams, Third-Party Administrators (TPAs), and external vendors to deliver seamless solutions across platforms, customer experiences, and operational systems. Your ability to connect the dots between systems, teams, and goals will be critical to driving successful outcomes. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
  • 4+ years of experience managing technology-focused projects, including third-party/vendor involvement
  • 3+ years working directly with external technology vendors
  • Strong understanding of how systems integrate and interact across platforms
  • Experience with project tracking, timelines, and deliverable management
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project or similar) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with distributed teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions quickly
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working in cross-functional environments with both internal teams and external partners
  • Comfortable operating in both strategic and hands-on capacities

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile methodologies
  • Background in insurance operations (e.g., licensing/appointments, new business, claims, or policy administration)
  • Experience supporting or working with independent sales organizations
  • Knowledge of state insurance producer appointment processes
  • Experience with customer-facing platforms or direct customer interaction

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of technology and product initiatives—from planning through execution—ensuring projects meet or exceed expectations
  • Manage and track projects with TPAs and external technology vendors, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and performance standards are met
  • Coordinate internal resources and stakeholders to support project success and maintain alignment across teams
  • Provide clear, timely updates on project status, risks, and milestones to stakeholders at all levels
  • Prioritize and manage a diverse portfolio of projects, including product enhancements, system improvements, and new product launches
  • Support onboarding and integration of third-party technology vendors
  • Drive improvements across internal and customer-facing platforms to enhance performance, efficiency, and user experience
  • Partner cross-functionally to identify automation opportunities and streamline business processes
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to improve speed, quality, and scalability of operations
  • Develop and maintain reporting to track progress against business goals
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence
