About The Position
The Associate Production Planner at Victoria's Secret is a vital role responsible for managing the end-to-end order management process across multiple brand channels. This includes the creation, upload, and maintenance of purchase orders, as well as resolving issues in collaboration with the offshore team. The planner will engage in order reporting and delivery tracking, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. The role requires tactical cross-functional communication and issue resolution with regional partners, as well as monitoring and reporting on orders. As the individual becomes more familiar with the role, they will engage with supervisors and various levels of leadership regarding production status, issue resolution, and liability management. The planner will manage daily tasks with some oversight from a supervisor but will be expected to prioritize and organize their work autonomously once fully onboarded.
