The Associate Platform Engineer provides implementation, management, and 2nd-level technical support services to staff and customers on hardware and software platforms. This includes troubleshooting basic infrastructure and application platform issues, which may involve collaboration with server, network, and information security teams. The role emphasizes automation to eliminate inefficiencies and enhance the overall user experience, while ensuring timely response and follow-up on internal and external support requests. A key focus area for this role is supporting the SAP Platform Team (SAP BASIS), which serves as the digital core of company operations. The team is responsible for maintaining a stable, reliable, secure, and high-performing SAP environment that underpins critical business applications. The Associate Platform Engineer will contribute to the administration and support of SAP systems such as ECC, CRM, PO, Enterprise Portal, BW, BOBJ, DQM, Solution Manager, and the SAP HANA database. Experience in SAP BASIS system administration is essential to succeed in this role.
