The Associate Network Planning Analyst supports the Network Planning Team by helping plan the capacity Southwest Airlines flies in each schedule through performance and flight schedule analysis. They’ll analyze key performance indicators, explain trends and variances, and support operational and financial decision‑making while developing a foundational understanding of airline scheduling and optimization. They’ll combine multiple data sources to deliver clear, well‑communicated analyses and recommendations. The Associate Network Planning Analyst partners with internal Commercial Teams and external airport stakeholders to influence network decisions that drive performance, growth, and long-term business strategy.
