POSITION OBJECTIVE:This position is responsible for supporting the execution of learning and content initiatives that build associate capability, enhance customer experience, and improve store performance. This role also serves as the hands-on lead for multimedia production—filming, editing, and producing high quality video and visual content—and provides structured project management to ensure learning and creative initiatives are delivered on time and aligned to enterprise priorities. FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Support execution of store learning and content strategies aligned to operational, customer and associate experience, and brand priorities. Assist in translating business needs and field insights into effective learning and communication solutions. Help design and deliver store‑ready learning and multimedia content that improves associate readiness and performance. Contribute to video and multimedia production, ensuring quality, consistency, and brand alignment. Support coordination of learning and content projects, including intake, timelines, and cross-functional communication. Assist with development, maintenance, and rollout of training materials, job aids, and brand communications. Monitor engagement and feedback to support continuous improvement of learning and content effectiveness. Contribute to efficient workflows and a culture of learning, creativity, and store support.
