About The Position

The Associate Manager, Monetization plays a vital role in the Lowe's Media Network (LMN) monetization strategy and integrated planning team. This position is responsible for the development and go-to-market (GTM) roll-out of new incremental programming packages and Retail Media Network (RMN) offerings. The Associate Manager will work closely with the Mgr- Monetization, the Director of Monetization Strategy & Integrated Planning, Media Planning, Client Services, and Ad Operations teams to ensure the creation of high-quality programming that meets client KPIs and drives investments based on performance. This role will have a significant impact on the success of monetization efforts and the optimization of strategic programming.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Finance, Analytics
  • 5 years experience in Marketing
  • 3 years experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or marketing strategy, marketing analytics or related field
  • 3 years experience in full funnel Media Strategy and/or Planning in CPG or specialty commerce with exposure to broader marketing strategy
  • 1 year experience presenting to or working with CPG, D2C, or specialty commerce brands

Responsibilities

  • Lead the preparation and execution of GTM strategies for new LMN monetization packages and channel roll-outs.
  • Oversee demand scoping in partnership with the client services team to align on business needs.
  • Coordinate with events teams to ensure proper calendar alignment for campaign execution.
  • Define product and programming requirements to support new monetization offerings.
  • Collaborate with the yield manager on developing pricing strategies to optimize revenue.
  • Prepare and deliver pitch materials to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with key objectives.
  • Generate detailed reports to track progress and performance against targets.
  • Monitor and manage performance against set revenue goals, collaborating with the client services team to source demand and optimize sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with various LMN teams (client services, operations, insights), brand marketing, and enterprise media planning to ensure alignment and smooth execution of programming initiatives.
  • Prepare and present strategic plans, performance reports, and supporting documentation to the client brand group.
