Assist in the execution of Technology Infrastructure delivery activities and apply basic technical knowledge to provide user-support for applications, software, hardware and network issues Assist in performing basic diagnostic work to recognize, track, and report on problems, escalating when necessary Resolve simple, routine problems and partner with proper parties to resolve more complex problems Use precedence, best-practices and established disciplinary knowledge to assist in making and implementing decisions Grasp internal stakeholder requirements, expectations and effectively resolve problems Research and interpret factual information and identify inconsistencies in data or results
