About The Position

Assists, tracks, and organizes ACGME residency or fellowship related administrative activities through applying fundamental knowledge in conjunction with the Program Director May provide administrative support such as calendaring, meeting scheduling, and event planning related to program needs for the Program Director Coordinate Medical Student Rotations and Resident as Teacher Functions Assist with House Staff Budget Additional Responsibilities Performs other duties as assigned. Complies with all policies and standards. For specific duties and responsibilities, refer to documentation provided by the department during orientation. Must abide by all requirements to safely and securely maintain Protected Health Information (PHI) for our patients. Annual training, the UH Code of Conduct and UH policies and procedures are in place to address appropriate use of PHI in the workplace.

Requirements

  • Associate's Degree (Required) or Equivalent experience (Required)
  • 1+ years of Administrative Assistant or office experience (Required)
  • Demonstrated ability to implement and monitor change (Required proficiency)
  • Ability to gather and analyze data (Required proficiency)
  • Demonstrated strong organizational, attention to detail and accuracy skill set (Required proficiency)
  • Computer skills, including Word, Excel and Power Point (Required proficiency)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Required proficiency)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills (Required proficiency)

  • Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)

Responsibilities
