About The Position
The Associate Director, Human Resources Business Partner plays a critical role within the HR team in driving business success. This position will be a key partner to senior leadership of the Novitium Pharma LLC subsidiary of ANI Pharmaceuticals Inc. in building and executing the organization's people strategy and performance initiatives, hiring exceptional talent, implementing HR programs, and coaching managers at all levels. The position works cross functionally to build partnerships and deliver results that support the organizational and functional objectives of the business. This position works onsite at the pharmaceutical manufacturing facility at the East Windsor, NJ location, four days per week.
