This position involves planning, conducting, and supervising assignments under general supervision, with substantial latitude for unreviewed action or decision in key areas of focused expertise. The role includes assisting in the development and implementation of various project types, internal client presentations, reimbursement assessments, account strategy, and managing client relationships.

  • Assist in development and implementation of various project types including brand planning engagements and message testing.
  • Develop field force tools and training, sales aids, and interactive marketing/sales aids.
  • Conduct internal client presentations and deliverables.
  • Perform reimbursement assessments and account strategy.
  • Work with other teams to produce client deliverables.
  • Coordinate activities for assigned client accounts.
  • Serve as Client Manager and grow existing client relationships.
  • Work onsite with clients as needed to manage accounts and projects.
  • Ensure internal experts understand the brand vision and deliver appropriate strategies.
  • Identify business expansion opportunities within assigned accounts.
  • Contribute to proposal writing, contracting, and client capabilities presentations.
  • Manage project/account budget and assist in scope changes.
  • Approve purchases, contracting, and manage vendor relationships.
  • Identify human and financial resources to ensure objectives are met.
  • Ensure overall timeliness, accuracy, and completeness of services.

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in payer marketing within the pharmaceutical industry or a managed markets agency.
  • 8+ years of supervisory experience.
  • Advanced degree preferred (PharmD, MBA).
  • Comprehensive knowledge of specialization to complete significant assignments.
  • Demonstrated success within the payer agency environment or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Significant knowledge of managed markets, reimbursement, and/or health economics.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Ability to interact with and influence clients.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to develop long-term client relationships.
  • Ability to work well in a dynamic, matrix-organized firm.
