This role is responsible for assisting with the support and implementation of Microsoft server infrastructure, performing hardware server installs, and assisting in the maintaining of inventories. It also provides second-level support for Microsoft desktop operating systems.
Requirements
- H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Required
- 1 year of progressive work experience in managing and administering Windows Servers, Active Directory, and group policy Required
- None Required
Nice To Haves
- Experience working in healthcare Preferred
- Microsoft, VMware, Citrix, Cloud, or other technology certifications Preferred
