Role reports to: Aveeno Activation Planning Manager Location: North America, United States, New Jersey, Summit Work Location: Hybrid What you will do We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Associate Brand Manager, Aveeno Omnimarketing to join our Brand Growth team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting ecommerce acceleration and sales growth through content and program execution, and marketing performance and insights development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in brand management, marketing, ecommerce or related role, preferably within the CPG industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate market data and performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Nice To Haves

  • Proven ability to synthesize complex data into actionable marketing strategies that drive brand growth and consumer engagement.
  • Experience within beauty or personal care.
  • Exceptional storytelling skills with a passion for crafting authentic and differentiated brand experiences that connect emotionally with target audiences.
  • Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and project management software to streamline campaign execution and measurement.
  • A collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders and inspiring cross-functional teams to innovate.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and sales data to identify ecommerce growth opportunities, evaluate the effectiveness of marketing and sales programs, and drive data-informed decision-making.
  • Translate insights into action – leading strategic recommendations and execution based on ecommerce analytics and KPIs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with insights, customer strategy and creative teams to manage retailer Brand Store pages.
  • Lead digital shelf workstreams – serving as owner and category team advisor to develop and execute assets.
