Under close supervision, interacts with air ops departments and IT staff plans, gather, analyze, design and document information related to technology improvement. Essential Functions Gather information from multiple sources and independently sort low to medium complexity business issues to recommend appropriate direction. Analyze business processes and associate them to customers' technology business case. Develop reports as required by air ops officers and other customers on technology projects. Perform other duties as assigned.
