About The Position

Under close supervision, interacts with air ops departments and IT staff plans, gather, analyze, design and document information related to technology improvement.
Essential Functions
Gather information from multiple sources and independently sort low to medium complexity business issues to recommend appropriate direction.
Analyze business processes and associate them to customers' technology business case.
Develop reports as required by air ops officers and other customers on technology projects.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree/equivalent in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or BS or BBA with a concentration in Finance, Math, Accounting, Statistics or other quantitative discipline.
• Three (3) months experience in two (2) of the following areas: application/technical support, business area expertise/continuity planning/process design, data standards/design/ development, decision support and application planning/design/development, network/telecom planning, funding/analysis/sourcing, software test automation/ use case development/quality assurance, systems business analysis, systems demand management, systems project management, systems training design/ delivery.
• Must possess strong leadership, human relations and communication skills, and planning and organizing abilities.
• Must be able to collaborate with business areas, systems users and technical developers.
