The Associate Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the assigned area and staff in a professional and courteous manner. This role involves a variety of tasks that ensure the smooth operation of the office and support for the team.

Requirements

  • No previous experience required but is helpful.
  • No license required.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

  • Provides administrative and clerical support to the assigned area and staff.
  • Schedules appointments.
  • Receives and screens all mail.
  • Arranges meetings and ensures that all materials for meetings are available.
  • Orders office supplies.
  • Compiles period statistical reports.
  • Prepares information for distribution while ensuring accuracy.
  • Maintains files and up-to-date records, manuals, and personnel records while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Assists in planning and coordinating staffing schedules.
  • Provides secretarial support during meetings.
  • Provides secretarial support for special projects.
  • Keeps office and department functioning smoothly.
  • Prepares timecards for delivery to payroll.
  • Handles corporate credit card procedures.
